My last conversation with Nicci ended with him telling me to f*** off and hanging up on me after I respectfully said I would get my hair done somewhere else because I ended up not liking the original cut that Nicci had done but waited too long to ask for a redo (it's cheaper elsewhere and I didn't want to pay their price for another cut but I didn't get the opportunity to say that) He was offended that I said I liked it the day that I got it and changed my mind, and gave me a little lecture on their policy of doing redos after four weeks. He was telling me that it was too late for a redo and badgering me about changing my mind on how I felt about the cut. He wasn't willing to help me, so I said "okay, that's fine. I understand. I'll just get it done somewhere else." And he told me to f*** off and hung up. Not only was that incredibly rude, especially because I was being respectful, but also INCREDIBLY unprofessional for someone who owns a business. I am never going back again and I will be sure to share my experience with anyone and everyone who doesn't appreciate very pour customer service.

Nicci is great.  I tried multiple salons for a good men's haircut over my first 5 years in Fairhaven.  All were good but none really did a great job.  Nicci takes the time, has the patience, the eye and the skill to provide a perfect cut.

This place is EXCELLENT!!  Top notch in every way!! Professional staff - Impeccable services - my only place for hair services in 10+ years and I'm still referring people.  They cater to your every need and everything is very personalized!  No mass production or assembly-line atmosphere here!  Pamper yourself & make an apt today!
