I moved here about a year or so ago and I have no complaints the staff is  nice. I recently had a water leak that was in my home and I had to get a plumber to fix it. I  asked the maintenance worker if he can fix it and I will pay him. at the end of the job he said to not worry about it. I see all these comments about the managers are racist which is stupid. its all Mexicans that live here im Mexican myself and they treat me with respect because I give respect to them. treat others how you want to be treated. if they was racist don't you think they would try not to sale to Mexicans and do whatever in the power to turn them down. I am happy here and my family has other homes here and they never have problems. also one more thing last year  they let people  celebrate virgin de Guadalupe for 12 days straight for her birthday a MEXICAN TRADITION!

I lived here before and moved out when it was hard time and return I like it here. The managers are nice the park is a nice place to live. I remember the breakfast and Halloween parties.  Stop by and have a talk with Jim and Terry get to know them. I notice all the bad review about management they are good . Security is nice I called once before his shift and he answer me. The only thing I don't is some of the tenants driving fast. 
Wish we could have more party as before. And pool person back .

I met great people that lives on this committee, very family-friendly and all the people are also incredibly nice a big Hispanic community
