Dr. Lopez is wonderful, she explains what your options are and fleshes the details out wonderfully. I have been seeing Dr. Lopez for the last 6 months however, in August, 2017 , my mother fell ill. I was her caretaker for the last 3 years, she ended up passing at the end of September; obviously my finances were in a turmoil having to pay for her medical bills and funeral services. I had just received a partial when I went to my first of my last 2 appointments for the year; this would allow me fix the last of my dental issues, which I had planned for the last year. I came to the Dr.'s office and was told I needed to speak to the new billing coordinator; I was told that if I didn't pay almost $600 immediately then I would not be allowed to see the dentist, I explained this was sudden and that I had spoken with the previous billing coordinator and was told that agreement was null. I asked why wasn't this brought to my attention before my arrival, as the appointment had been set for 3-4 weeks, and was told that there hadn't been time due to the turnover. My dilemma is this, one of the two primary reasons I had started this process was to get a partial and a cap, I had to pay for 6 months before insurance would cover it; then I get into the home stretch only to be told that I'm out of the 6 months of insurance and, by the way, you have to start over with your deductible, co-insurance, etc. just because we didn't have time to call and let you know to bring $600 with you today.

My wife and I have been with Dr Lopez for the last two years and have found her care to be great. The office uses the latest high tech equipment and techniques and they deliver near pain free dentistry. The office staff is friendly and helpful in making and rescheduling appointments as needed. (Am told they also accept most dental insurances. ) The only downside is that sometimes an appointment may take longer than expected, but I believe this is because Dr Lopez gives exceptional care to all her patients.

I had a very pleasant experience here. The mix of individualized attention and clear communication about what was happening and through explanations of everything made me feel very comfortable with the friendly staff.
