The people here are always friendly and willing to help out. The staff is great. Awesome price and awesome company. If you're​ in Buffalo this is the gym setup you want.

Good, convenient location. Parking can get difficult on movie nights, but otherwise no issues.  I only go to this location so can't compare to others, but it is a very clean facility with a lot of equipment.  I've never had to wait for long to use anything. Trainers are very professional although I do wish the PT classes were cheaper.

Decent gym. Lots of upgrades except for any new cardio equipment. Other locations seem to have more for the same price such as a sauna and much nicer locker rooms. They put up some new signs which I find offensive such as "if you're grunting, you better be in labor" if you're too weak to put your weights back the GIRLS up front will help you"....I dont think these are funny or helpful in any way and they are offensive to women. I think a franchise can do better. The williamsville location has motivatioal quotes and images on there walls...buffalo gets jokes about labor and weakness. Nice.

Always friendly staff very professional management Amanda is always positive and willing to talk with when I am not in a good way.
There is one staff that doesn't really talk much 
so I that's why I give only 4 stars

Great place to workout but it does get super crowded at times. Not a lot of space.
