Had a wonderful experience here. Our waitress, Elaina I believe, was very attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious. Portions were OK, definitely not large. The atmosphere was comfortable and classy, but be prepared to pay for it. 5 people with a couple drinks and the bill was about $500. Looked like it'd be a fun bar/date spot later as well.

Lovely food. Attentive service. Menu not as descriptive as could be. Would be fun to have more info on Laos and Laotian food to read while ordering.

Hospitality is a tough business. Many standards and expectations to meet and satisfy. However, they are all ruled by one standard. Willingness to help. Food in this place is amazing, waiter and bartender staff are incredible. Nevertheless, the hostess staff lacks of the such needed greeting skills. Our reservation was found around 20 minutes or waiting and seeing other patrons to come in and be seated. A bit over priced but food worthed a penny.

Me and my girlfriend were in the rooftop. Horrible place, nothing special and no good view . I'm glad we left. We wanted to have a good time, but they have the most terrible service, we were refused to have drinks, because they thought we are drunk, when we were not drunk at all. Like are you serious? It was disappointing how they judge & treat customers. I'm glad we left, we went to 230 fifth avenue rooftop lounge. Had the best time & amazing view !
