This was our 3rd and final visit since the new ownership. First visit, the service was excellent and the food was mediocre at best, which is understandable on opening night. The second visit we could have not asked for better service, but again food was bland and not tasty whatsoever.  So this evening I convinced my wife and kids to give it one last try. This visit had to be the worst visit of the 3. We were excited about the all you can eat for $10 special. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our drink order. When our waitress finally came over, I felt like apologizing to her for coming in. After 5 minutes she brings our drinks and slams my wife’s and I drinks down and says “I’ll be back”. After 10 minutes she was a no show. I got up and asked the hostess what do I owe you for our drinks. I explained to her our issue and it had not been the first time. She offered to wait on us, but we did not feel like sitting there and being treated like fools any longer. The restaurant was not packed, plenty of staff running around. It looked like even the cook was delivering food out to the tables. The previous owners had the same service issues. But the food was unbelievably excellent! This restaurant might be better suited as a bar with minimal food choices. But definitely not a restaurant. Unfortunately in today’s society, the art of service has all but gone to the wayside. Maybe it’s the generation change or people just don’t care about Customers.

Love the fish dinners. I mostly do take out s on my way home. My Red Hatters group will have their. monthly meeting. The food is good and hot.

Food was ok, although the third filet in the special was more like a catfish strip (maybe an inch wide). More than anything, it was the service that turned us off. First, when we asked for a burnt piece of toast to be replaced, the server argued that they were all that way. Then, we waited at least 15 minutes for a dessert. When the server realized it had never come, she didn't offer to go find it. We just ended up asking for the check and going elsewhere for dessert.

The food was saltier than my ex, the hostesses/waitresses up front saw us, acknowledged us...then it was like watching the 3 stooges bc they couldn't figure out seating... With obviously open tables. Then found a hair in the food, and the waitress didn't know what to do. Bless her heart, cuz fr this must be her first job... She seemed like she couldn't find her way out of a paper bag. The band playing was good, though.

Fish was good but the fried mushroom appetizer was mainly mushroom chips. Service was a little slow. Our dinner order wasn't turned in until we had finished our appetizer which made us waiting about an hour for dinner. But they were really busy.
