I have used this storage facility for a total of 6 years in two separate occasions. Today,  I was charged a non-refundable late fee of $20.00 and a pre-lien fee of $3.94. I talked to the manager Betty and she said there was nothing she could do to remove these fees. I was charged because the credit card on file expired. I think the fees are ridiculous considering the fact it is 16 days late and it is a clerical issue not a nonpayment issue. A pre-líen after 16 days, really? I am very unhappy with the customer service!

Everyone is so nice and helpful here.  This was my first time renting a storage unit myself so I had lots of questions.  Kara was so informative and had a great sense of humor which helped ease my "moving stress".  I would highly recommend this place.

Cathedral Village Self Storage is clean, easy to find and has the best customer service in the valley. Betty rocks! They offer competitive rates while being the best and offering every kind of storage solution you could possibly want.
