Story

The Catskill Country Store was opened in December of 2011. A believer in the local food movement, The Catskill Country Store is open to provide the community with a place to get fresh, local, and delicious food right in the village.

The store stocks a selection of gourmet foods, local produce, artisan cheeses, eggs, dairy products, meats, sausages, and poultry. We carry a variety of pastas and sauces, jams and condiments from local producers. Catskill Bakery delivers bagels, baguettes, focaccia fresh daily except for Monday, and we offer packaged bread from local bakeries Bread Alone and Rock Hill Bakery. Local chocolatiers add to the mix and local beekeepers provide us with a line of honey and beeswax candles, and we have plenty of maple syrup made the traditional way by a family in Preston Hollow. Sweet Rama and Ladybug supply soaps and personal care products.
