Rating edited 3/18 I would give them 1 star but there is a few docs there that are really good. The problem continues to be management with 1 or 2 not so nice doctor's. Mid 2017 ER visit with kid for ear Infection, scheduled with her normal doctor, Dr. Chen. They rescheduled it the day before, nearly 2 weeks after ER visit we see Dr. Chen and the ear Infection is gone, I step out of the room to let my kid change and over hear the nurse and Dr. Chen conversation about the visit and how WE wasted THEIR time, this after THEY rescheduled the appointment. I complained and got the general attitude of 'so what?' From management, then begain the reschedules of my appointments and denying of medication refills without a doctor visit which they would constantly reschedule, the culmination of which ended with me in ER for exasperated asthma and dangerous blood pressure levels... There is petty people there play dangerous games with people's lives and they get away with it too, I'm staying away.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Even made getting my baby's immunizations a breeze.

This place is a joke if you have young children and you’re going to the paediatric department do not get Dr. Chin she is not a good doctor a joke. when I moved found out my daughter was asthmatic and had water in her lungs and she told me there was nothing to worry about. I’m glade I moved then everything that looks like a rash she says it’s always eczema when it’s not She needs to go back to med school for. the dental place there a joke as well u have to wait weeks until there Monthly schedule is up and when you call back from the day before there full and have to wait longer.

3 out of 4 appointments were canceled by Tracy. My prescription was out of refills and she would not refill unless I made an appointment so I did n still no refill. Had to go to ER my blood pressure was 185/105 stroke level. I need blood pressure medicine not pain killers. I changed doctors she's very incompetent to put a patient in danger.
