The other day was my first time having Cava. I had to leave a review because the service was so good. Louis went out of his way to be helpful to my friend and I. The falafel bowl I got turned out to be delicious as well.Food: 5/5

5 stars all round. Been a handful of times now over a period of months. Has been consistently very good. Staff very helpful and attentive as well as polite and respectful.  Enjoyed the multiple flavours of custom bowls which were fantastic.  Highly recc.

The food was delicious! This was my first time eating food from here and I have got to say that I will be going back! I wasn’t too sure what to order so I just added random items. I had the white rice with grilled chicken, hummus, tzatziki sauce, red pepper hummus,corn, cucumbers, pico de gallo, and roasted garlic dressing with a side of pita chips. The blueberry lavender tea is really good as well.

Food is amazing. I went on a Friday night as the store was closing. Steak had ran out. I was first greeted by a nice employee, Sho. He was enthusiastic and noticed I was waiting a bit for my steak. He made it his personal mission to ensure that the rest of the crew by the kitchen knew I was waiting and as soon as the steak was done he promptly helped me as he knew I was waiting for a little longer than usual. He was very pleasant and made my experience enjoyable even with the wait. I hope he is in line for a promotion because he surely deserves it.

This location consistently has employees with great customer service. I have not had a bad experience with that in addition to wait time being fairly brief in comparison to other Cava locations during the lunch hour. Food is warm and is delectable. Thanks Cava !Food: 5/5
