Stopped in for the first time tonight on my way home from work. Took a look at their rum selection and didn't find what I was looking for. They don't really have much so it didn't take long. I looked at their mixers on my way out, again with no luck, and walked out the door. As I'm pulling out of their lot, a woman flags me down and accuses me of stealing. I spent maybe two minutes inside this store. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged in any way. Didn't touch a thing other than the door handle. But because I "ran out" without buying anything, I'm a thief. I manage a retail store and customer service is a huge part of what I do. I would never accuse a customer of stealing unless I was damn sure they had stolen something. There are a lot of liquor stores in this area, and I'd suggest every single one of them over this place. There is now zero chance of me ever stopping in here again, and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place if they want to be treated with any respect. If it were possible to leave a review of less than 1 star, I would.

Kicked my under 21 daughter out of the store very rudely - while I can understand why this was done, it gives no excuse to do it rudely.  With all the liquor store options available, I would strongly recommend not patronizing this establishment.  There is a proper way to do things and this person obviously lacks customer-service skills.
