Deserves 0 stars!! Worst customer service I have ever received. Cindy the manager was so rude. I called ahead of time to try and schedule and reserve some lanes for my sons' birthday. They told me I couldn't do that. So I pick a time that's not so busy there so I know will get a lane. We just arrive and she is rude asking how many. I ask her to hold on we're trying to figure it out still she responds rudely asking again how many. Then looks at someone that is with us and says that that soda has to go. Then scoops out the tables were sitting at and says yep those cupcakes have to go to. I said we can't have cupcakes for a little kids birthday. She said nope not unless you schedule it ahead of time. And was extremely nasty. She said and we already have a birthday scheduled so you'll have to come back later. So we take them outside. My grandpa asks her if he can pay a fee for the kids to be able to eat the cupcakes. She said it is 15.95( It's 15 something). So we bowl and when we are leaving there was a guy and kids eating little Caesars pizza. So these people probably regulars can eat little caears pizza but our 10 kids ( aging from 3-10) in the party couldn't eat there cupcakes?!?!?! Next time we'll go to Medford to bowl.

This place is a great place to bowl but there are a few problems to it and a few positives to it. First off with the problems is that the the lanes tend to mess up a lot. Today i was here and my lane messed up 7 times. A positive thing is that sometimes it has a disco party. Their music is a classic type of theme but also have pop songs. This place has GREAT food. People should come here sometime.

Did the New Year's bowling tonight. Way different than usual. No prizes, no countdown. Was kind of bummer. I bowled good though.

It's a great place, pricing has gone up a bit so I usually try to eat and drink before I get there.. other than that, it is a great place to be
