The office person was great, but that is where the service stopped. They came out the same day but were late and came with a bad attitude. Luck has it my husband was home to watch what was being done. First problem was a  comment made by the technician "how much do you want to spend on a 14 year old system".  He came with a bad attitude and provided the same service. We paid him for his hour and asked him to leave. I would rather rent a hotel room then have someone in my home that tried to take advantage of us.  Suggest that you research your services and costs before grabbing the only person available. There is a reason why they were available.

This is the best company I have ever had come out to my house. The technician was courteous and friendly and so knowledgeable with the issues we were having. I felt totally comfortable with him being in my house.  I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

I am APPALLED by there services. They came out to fix our heater, the guy straight lined the wiring to the heater to do a quick fix on it. He didn't tell us and a month later it got to summer and we turned the AC on which somehow made our home hotter. It was over 80 degrees everyday. They came out again 2 weeks ago just to tell us nothing was wrong and everything was fine. Even though our home clearly was over 80 degrees and the vents air was hot coming out. Basically telling me I'm crazy. Our home continued to be hot and we tried various things to help! We basically used no power other than A/C, got 50 dollar filters etc. still was the same. We began suspecting he hardwired it to the heater. So we called caveman to explain our concern and see if they'd come out again to resolve their mistake. The lady said "NO WAY, our techs would never do something like that," and demanded to speak to our landlord very rudely. Our landlord said the same thing and the lady again told her that her techs would never do such a thing. This being the woman who doesn't go out in the field and know what her techs do. With her being so rude and seeming as if they'd only make our issue worse and not except the mistake they had made, we called AIRTECH. He came, and fixed it right away and confirmed that it was "straight-lined" and the heater was runnng 24/7 because of the guy who came out to "fix" our issues. We are now trying to get our power bills compensated for this disaster and scorching hot home caveman heating and air caused. We had $300 bills when normally they are $100 which we confirmed with pacific power. 

AIRTECH is more affordable and very thorough in his work, he's also professional and courteous to speak with and not rude like cavemans lady was when she answered her phone.  No one should use this idiotic unprofessional company for any heating and air issues.

Not only did they have the best price, they paid attention to each of our concerns regarding how and where the units would be installed.  The installers were very nice, professional, pleasantly answered questions, and cleaned up perfectly when they were finished with their work.
