Great selection and wonderful, helpful, friendly staff! I haven't worn cowboy boots since I was a child, but my my job entails me being on my feet and a lot of foot travel. My dad recommended that I give boots a try. 
My wife and I went to Cavender's, and I explained my situation to one of their folks. The man asked me a few questions about where my feet usually hurt, what kind of shoes I wear usually, and how long I'm on my feet. Then he made a few suggestions. He explained the differences in the boots. Both my wife and I picked out pairs of boots for each of us, and we absolutely love them! I wear my boots every day, my feet don't hurt, and they look and feel great!
Two days after I bought my boots, I noticed that somehow I had scuffed one of them. I took them up to Cavender's and showed it to a different worker. He got some boots cream and showed me how to use it. He took the scuff right out. I bought a little jar of the cream.
All of the folks at Cavender's are very nice and helpful! I love my boots and will be back for more to add some variety on my birthday!

I like all the Cavender's I have been too.  They have a good selection and good customer service.  In this case, they did not have the boots I was looking for in my size.  They offered to order them, but I waited and purchased them at a different Cavender's that had them in stock.

The employee Erica makes this place..the other employees are nice but Erica goes able and beyond!! If you go, ask for Erica... I highly recommend!!

I would definitely give it a 10 plus rating. Have been buying from cavenders for over 30 years. And will continue to buy all of my clothes and boots there.
