Purchased 2 pair of boots in the last 3 months(May - August 2017), 1 for work, 1 for everything else. The nice "dress" pair soles started coming apart by the second (light) wearing and the nails started backing out. I took them in to the Hattiesburg store and was not only greeted by an awesome staff but everything was made right with zero hassles and wonderful smiles. I will continue to do my business with this great store and its wonderful staff.

Excellent staff! Very friendly and genuinely engaging. Large selection. It's not exactly my style, but if you need boots then this place is definitely worth a stop.

It was the first time I have ever been there and it was a truly wonderful experience.  It was nice to actually have help while shopping for shoes.  What a lost concept.
