Should have know when pulled into parking lot with no cars that was a bad sign. Coworker walked in to get boots and the girl was not very helpfull or knowledgeable. Walked around and watched the manager speak to another employee negatively enough that i heard it. Than walked away as if he won a trophy. Bad management breeds bad employee moral. Left and went to Boot Barn who knew how to take care of customers.

I've been in the store for over 20 minutes and perused 3 different areas. I passed by 2 different sales people who treated me with total indifference - no smile, no greeting, no offer of help. The only person who spoke to me was the (apparent) manager who asked me how I was doing today. Even HE didn't ask if I needed assistance with anything. No wonder there are no cars in the parking lot. Guess I won't be spending any $$ here and I likely won't be back either.

It's a Cavender's. It's a big store with a lot of good items. I saw some staff members there, too. The prices aren't too bad, but I didn't quite find what I was looking for.

I recently shopped at a Cavenders in Rockwall/Royce City, TX and had a decent experience. Went to the Cavenders in Lone Tree, CO today and it was pathetic. My brother in law and I were ready to purchase boots.....found three different styles from two different manufacturers, but no selection in the needed size....we both wear the same size boot. Girl came to help and walked away after less than two minutes of effort. Went to leave and there were three employees standing at the register chatting.....went to BootBarn and received EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT SELECTION. Spent $413 between us and racked up more than $40 in rewards......Likely the LAST time I will shop Cavenders.

Liked this particular store at first, but... After my husband and I walked in, 3 heffers that work there looked up and down at us and burst out laughing. Sweetie, your muffin top turned into cake top and your fat calfs barely fit in your boots. So, next time when you want to laugh on someone, look at yourself first. Labor Day weekend customer here
