I had taken my mother there to get our nails done as a gift for Mothers Day. The person doing my mothers pedicure did not even scrub the dead skin off. The woman literally just put lotion on my moms feet and painted her nails. The person doing my pedicure was extremely slow and he sent a vibe as if he didn't want to be there. Instead of finishing together, my mom had to wait for the guy to finish my nails and for them to dry. Worst experience ever!

Just had the absolute worst experience in my entire life. I am recovering from ankle surgery and about to have my 3rd major ankle surgery in just a few days. I wanted to get a mani/pedi and have a relaxing evening, and decided to come to this nail spa. That was the worst decision I could have made. Both google and yelp lists this place open to 7pm, and I called ahead to make an appointment and explain my situation, they say, "you come now" I said ok, and showed up 10 minutes later. After they started my mani/pedi, it became clear she wasn't doing abnormal pedicure so I asked if she was going to trim my cuticles and what not, she responded, "NO. We close at 6:30, it's too late". I responded with, "I called ahead, made an appointment, told the guy what I wanted, and your websites say 7pm". She got up and walked away talking to a guy (of course in Korean) at the counter, then he began yelling at me from across the room in front of other customers. I told them I wanted to leave, and that it was the worst experience I've had, but they then just RUSHED VERY AGGRESSIVELY and did a TERRIBLE job. My feet are sore, and my nails look horrible. No one deserves to be treated like that. I just wanted a relaxing evening before the start of a very stressful week for me. Of course, they charged me FULL PRICE. Not worth $60. Please do not under any circumstance go to this nail spa. If you read their reviews on Yelp and Google they have some complaints about customer service, now I can see why.

One of the worst "spa" experiences I have ever had! Came in for what was supposed to be a relaxing pedicure and a simple gel manicure. After the torture of what was supposed to be a pedicure I refused to get my gel manicure done. Way to rough, which is really saying something when it comes to my feet. I was brought to tears several times from the pain of the cutting and filing and not to mention they didn't take my old toe nail polish off. I've had regular pedicures since I was 14, I'm almost 20 now and that was by far the absolute worst experience ever. I'll be taking myself and my money elsewhere next time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible. My finger was cut at end of manicure. Nail person was rough for entire manicure. Did not get the spa pedicure I requested. I have been a customer for several years. Will not go back. Concern over safety Talked to two friends after and they both experienced someone being cut. Unacceptable ! Owner barely apologized
