Dr. Schmidt has been my dentist for the last 5 Years, and I honestly have never been happier. He is honest, friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. The practice is well run and visits are very prompt. Will be coming here for years to come!

I selected this dental office because they were near my job and home. I was in extreme pain and had not slept in 48 hours, while still working. The lady who presented the treatment options to me was rude and demeaning to me. I stated I was not prepared for the most expensive option she presented, as it included preparations for dental implants, approximately $6,600 for everything (only 2 implants). She started saying "Well if I were me, I wouldn't do a crown and bridge, because you get what you pay for." She totally floored me and I didn't know what to say. Remind you, I'm in massive throbbing pain, sleep deprived state. She continued to talk fast like she didn't have the time for me, yet I'm trying to make a $2,000 option versus a $6,600 decision. She continued to talk down to me and told me to go sit somewhere else while I decide what I'm going to do. Wow! I really was in shock of the poor treatment. I sat back down in the lobby for about 30 minutes and then finally walked out. Do not go to this dental office, as they have no clue what customer service is nor chairside manners.

Dr. Schmidt is great! He is very detailed in his examinations and takes the time to explain any issues he sees. I have always had a great experience with the staff at CBD Dental!

Dr. Schmidt is the best. Always have a great experience when I come which is saying a lot since no one loves going to the dentist! Highly recommend!
