it was a very bad experience with this cbi centre...I thought when i go to a similar centres asking for help to reduce my pain...I found out that its a scam.   they gave me a couple papers and they told me to do it at home .  with a little explanation about those papers.
the weird thing is ....   I paid $103.79. for couple papers and a bag of ice..
but my pain still the same. 
I am wandering is that the physiotherapy and rehabilitation centres do..
if so . why people go there.?...I could surf the internet and find those kind of papers anywhere....
