I moved from LA to NYC in 2003 and have kept CBSEFCU as my main bank ever since. I get personal attention anytime needed. When I needed help AFTER HOURS several years ago for documents to close on a mortgage, Sheri and her team came through for me. I can't say enough good things about the CBS Credit Union.

What a bad credit union.  They havent sent me any statements in years.  They closed my account due to falling below the balance minimum but not notifying me and how could I know that I was below the minimum without getting statements.  What a joke they are.
