I can’t speak to this company’s service or quality as I have not used them for any construction projects. However, I can speak to the behavior of one of their employees driving a CCB Construction Services vehicle on I-295 N in Yarmouth, ME on 8/8/24 at 8 PM. There was highway construction requiring traffic to merge left into a single lane for a short distance. Several of us followed the rules and attempted to zipper merge a reasonable distance before the orange traffic barrels. Despite using our signals, making eye contact, and moving slowly at traffic speed, this highway vigilante refused to let anybody in. He aggressively closed the space, not allowing anyone to merge in front of him. This was antagonistic and dangerous. Again, no reflection on the company. However, driving courtesy and anger management training may be in order.
This is an amazing company that offers a wide variety of construction services. The owners and their team are family oriented and extremely professional with a passion to give back to their community. Which is why they have been one of Maine’s best places to work for 4 years in a row.
They will hire anybody. Guy was spitting tobacco dip in a Poland springs bottle facility we were working and the supervisor and foreman do nothing about it ignore aggressive behavior to their disabled veterans that are on the site which can trigger a war time episode which it did and they will make you out to be the bad guy which I am not. I am a man of honor respect and duty and ccb does not example any of that. The guy spitting tobacco products directly on the floor was bragging about how he just got out of jail. Matt Tom told me they are getting rid of you first chance they get. Don’t know how true it is but hey just a heads up. Will never work for a company that swears at me whether they are my coworkers or bosses and this is a place that condones it. Bye ccb file that for your self Josh Pardy. Don’t threaten me with a good time. Have fun letting that be your whole life. Bye bye bye.
Was passing a vehicle on the interstate and some white truck was on my butt the whole time, the second I pulled back into the right lane they flipped me off as they pass me. Ccb big red lettering on it. 9/3/22 north bound from Augusta. If you're in a company vehicle you represent the company. Shame on these drivers. Also would like to add I wasn't camping the left lane, going over the speed limit by a bit, so it wasnt even a valid flip off scenario
Professionalism at its finest. For quite some time I have visited this Co. And I have always found them to be nothing but Excellent Professionals. From there safety at locations,amazing atmosphere and quality workmanship.Truly Excellent people.
