I took my 1 year old son in for a follow up appointment after spending several hours in ER with him night prior where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. We were 8 minutes late for the appointment. The receptionist took his new insurance information and updated his chart. THEN she said that we were late for the appointment and she would need to check if he could be seen. After checking with clinician, I was told to reschedule. There were no other patients in waiting room. When I called back to reschedule, the earliest they could see my son was in 2 weeks. When I asked to speak with the office manager, she had already left for the day, EARLY I might add. That explains why my son couldn't be seen... Although I respected Dr Webster, now that he left there is no reason for us to stay at that practice any longer. We switched to another practice immediately and the new practice had my son in the office the next day. I do NOT recommend this pediatric office and will NEVER trust them with my kids again.

I love Dr Webster and have been taking my daughter there for 3 years and my son for a year.... they have recently changed their policy to where I have to call or anyone has to call if their child is ill and leave a message for a nurse to call you back at her convenience and decided you need to be seen or not.... as a mother of two children I am well aware when my child is sick and nobody knows them better than i do and I feel I should not have to get permission from a nurse to bring my child to the doctor when i have insurance....they were switched out this morning to a new pediatrician...

My young daughter as fear and anxiety of going to the doctor's. This is clearly seen by the Staff, and verbalized. She needed to have a test done which was very scary to her. This caused her anxiety to escalate. This may seem unreasonable and unwarranted to you and I, but to my child, it was not. Of course I was there talking to her, trying to calm her down, which could take a few min. The lpn or medical assistant tried reasoning with my seven year-old for about 1 min, then tried to pry my child's mouth open. I put an end to that immediately. Then she proceeded to say that she can call in some assistance. I said okay, thinking that she would call in someone more experienced to try and make my daughter feel safe and help calm her. Wrong. This other girl walked in and the two of them immediately pinned my screaming child to the table. One grabbed her arms and pulled them over her head and the other tried to pry open my daughters mouth. I could not believe this. This made me sick. This is NOT how you handle a sacred child. I understand that there are other patients to be seen, but I have waited my fair share of times, well over an hour before, to be seen when they are running behind, and I've never complained because I understand things happen. This place has truly gone downhill. To top it off, the woman at check out was extremely rude to my daughter and I. I thanked her and wished her a good day and I got a "Mmhmm" in return .
