Great place and concept.

Good system in place. Have used a few times, all types of men's dry cleaning. Free coffee. 

On time. Easy to deal with.

Good and simple price structure. 

Easy parking on street.

No pickup and delivery though. One star off. But not many do in this area.

Nice folks, but they've screwed up too many orders. Gave me someone else's clothes one time, when I returned it they just shrugged. They've lost the tag a couple times and had to guess which bag was mine. The final straw was that they lost 19 pounds of laundry and as if that's not bad enough claimed I picked it up and they had it on video tape. Bear in mind I've been going there for years. Now I've been back 4 times to resolve it and each time they do three things a) try to take the ticket and b) claim I've already picked it up and c) pass the buck to a manager. What a waste of time and energy! Shame on me for ignoring the warning signs.
