Loved but now gone so sad

I don't want to type out the whole story, but I did not get what I paid for and they died after just a day. I did get a refund, though I will not be using them again.

I have never had a good experience with CeCe's. The flowers rarely arrive when they are supposed to, the "additional instructions" block for online orders might as well not exist as the information is never followed, the flowers never look like the picture on the website - always much less of the more costly flowers, and as mentioned by another review, they only last one, maybe two days. Sorry excuse for a flower shop and if there were any real competition in Los Alamos they would be out of business.

Didn't confirm order also had an attitude when called about delivery.  Will not ever order flowers there again they wilted after one day!!!
