Cecil County Public Library is a very well kept library with many books,movies,and technology for all around to little kids to elders. It is a very pleasant place to go if you would like to read and have some alone time.

Not quiet at all. The information desk is right next to the quiet area. Which means the quiet area is subject to a constant stream of conversation from the information desk. Suggestion to library personnel: merge it with the front desk. In the quiet are, one can also hear people talking in the teen section (which is a little more understandable). But people were holding conversations in the quiet area sometimes also. And the quiet area also has a policy explicitly allowing short phone conversations, too. How anyone reads anything at all here is beyond me.
