Dr. Taylor and her team are the BEST! I was referred to Dr. Taylor by my neurologist for a rare issue. When I went to Dr. Taylor she was not only listened and was thorough, but she was invested in helping me find a solution, referring me to UC Davis. Most doctors when presented with my strange symptoms would most likely have "blown me off", but with her commitment to care, we were finally able to find the answer. Then, when, a separate condition arose with my eyes (quick growing cataracts) she did a surgery and basically saved not only my vision by my business as well since I do computer graphics, programming and design. The surgery was fast, immediately effective and I cannot say enough good about not only Dr. Taylor, but her entire staff who are professional and caring. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but that is because patients come in for emergencies. But in those cases, even the wait is worth it because the result is high-quality care, provided in a clean, professional and thoughtful office. My neurologist had said she was a great doctor and I agree!

Dr. Taylor is an outstanding doctor and her staff is both professional and friendly. She took her time explaining to me the issues I was dealing with and what needed to be done, which really put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor.

Very disappointed. Because my insurance changed I switched to Dr. Taylor. Dr.Taylor did my eye exam. I found her to be curt and unfriendly. I used the Rx to buy glasses. NOT even close. So I returned for another exam and showed them my 13 month old Rx from my previous Doc. With that in hand they did a 2nd exam and came up with results similar to my old Rx. The front desk people were argumentative and were not helpful setting a new appointment when I first returned. After filling the second Rx and still not feeling (seeing) right I returned to my previous Doc and paid cash for a new exam! Great! What a waste of time and my money!

I want to say Thank You to Dr. Taylor and her incredible staff for saving my eye sight. First time I was referred to Dr. Taylor by the emergency doctor. I was suffering from terrible pain, and she was able to diagnose me with Reiter's syndrom, and treat me accordingly, that actually saved my eye sight. Just recently during my visit Dr. Taylor warned me that I might have macular degeneration. Immediately she contacted retina specialists, and I was on the way to my appointment. Her staff called ahead, and gave me a direction to the office. They stayed on top, and make sure I was seen by the specialist the same day. They were like my family. Dr. Taylor is not only a gifted and knowledgeable doctor, but an amazing and caring person. I would recommend her as one of the best doctors in our region.

Rude front desk personnel. I like Dr. Taylor and her office is very clean and up to date in new technology. But the people who man the front desk and telephones are not nice or welcoming. I will continue to see Dr. Taylor but I do wish she obtains a better staff because her current ones do not make a good first impression of the business.
