My wife and I purchased a car at Cedar City Motor Company. This was by far the most positive car buying experience we ever had. No high pressure tactics, no haggling back and forth, and the level of respect they showed us was tremendous. Every step of the transaction was handled in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Cedar City Motor Company - they do right by their customers.

I was travelling through Southern Utah for work and had a shredded tire. I stopped into the service department and was greeted by Dexter on the service drive. I must say what a pleasurable experience it was dealing with Dexter. A true professional to deal with, got me in and out in a very timely matter

Took Escape in because a click noise left front when making a left turn. Couldn't find any safety factor wrong. Put wd-40 on it and it's OK. Friendly, courteous people!

Just bought a brand new ford from these people. Plain and simple process. First time I had to buy a new truck and I didnt need it was just wanting to upgrade. Will but again in the future

The salespeople here are nice. I will give them that. They dont make you feel pressured into buying a car. Its just like if you want to buy a car thats great they will sell it to you no pressure. They stick to the sticker price though. No wiggle room. I give them only 3 stars because My husband just bought a new truck here. They were not respectful of his time. They told him the process should take about an hour. He was there for over 3 hours and he was already prequalified for financing and he had sent them the paperwork earlier in the day to speed things up. That frustrated me. I was frustrated also at the low amount they gave him on a trade for his old truck they gave him about 1000$ less than low nada trade in value. Next time I will try and sell my vehicle instead of basically giving it to these guys for next to nothing. Overall I would say they are an okay company to deal with. I would probably go there again.
