Went for physical therapy. My physical therapist knew next to nothing about my condition or treatment plan and had to consult the lead physician on almost every question I had, meaning I had to wait a week for an answer. She was often late as well

Prices were exorbitant (Cigna Insurance) and because their billing department works a month behind I was completing my treatment (2 months after starting) by the time I found out how ridiculous the prices were. 

The billing office has not even been able to give me an itemized bill (it's been weeks). I am extremely dissapointed by the expensive, subpar care.

Best part is that my condition isn't even better.
