AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Same as a lot of the other people that have left reviews, if I could leave zero stars I would have. This man is not only the worst dentist I have ever seen he is hands down just a terrible person. He screamed at and berated his office staff in full view of the waiting room until this poor woman was crying. When it came time for my fillings to be done was when it got even worse. he was extremely aggressive with the numbing injections which later made my TMJ uncontrollable. I later had to get muscle relaxers because he caused me so much pain it lasted about a month. He also cracked my tooth when drilling then filled it anyways which cause me to have excruciating pain whenever I bite down. The dentist I went to as an emergency because of the pain said the filling was acting as a wedge so every time i bite down its cracking further. I have to pay out of pocket to have my filling removed and my tooth extracted. During this visit i was also told by the hygienist that if I was experiencing any pain or needed something while they were working to raise my hand so they could help. While he was drilling a piece of tooth, probably the one he broke, came off and I was concerned and didn't want to swollow it. I raised my hand and was promptly screamed at full force to "Put your damn hand down!" I dont think so!!! Never again!!! If i could have gotten up and walked out right then I would have. Whatever you do avoid at all costs!!!

got a teeth cleaning done twice here, dentist was only in my mouth for about 30 seconds, definitely didn't feel like he did anything to my teeth, nor did I feel like they were clean afterward

He refuses to talk to the parents. His receptionist is to take care of such matters. She does not even know how to use mascara. It is clumpy and lumpy. Ugh. Why he hired her I do not know. My daughter had fillings done that were painful because he did not bother checking her bite. I took her back a second time, and he still screwed it up. This dentist now wants to charge me to have records transferred to a new dentist. Last ditch attempt to gather money from the 3 patients he just lost? Do not bother with this dentist. He is not the only dentist that will take medicaid, even if he says he is the only one. He got one star because I could not give a zero or a negative star. This dentist does not care about his patients. It is all about money.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO because of how awfully I was treated today. i have been going to Dr. Roberts for over a year now and I've always thought he was being a jerk to his other clients and his off remarks to me also upset me but I thought this guy was the only person I could go to so I stayed put. BAD CHOICE. Dr. Roberts has been talking about taking my wisdom teeth out one at a time for over a year even though I've told him no multiple times because they haven't bothered me once. So at my last check up (about a month ago) he tried to tell me that they need to come out and I denied extraction again, he scheduled me for today for fillings (so I thought). I walk into the room and his assitant(who is also extremely rude) said were starting on the ride side with extractions today and this is when I had enough, I told her we are not doing extractions I am only here for fillings. She the proceeded to tell me to sit down and went and got Dr. Roberts. He then proceeded to tell me that every patient with welfare has to do what he has planned and there is no way around it. I am baffled because my teeth are my property and I have a say in what happens and what doesn't. He then told me to take my business elsewhere and to get the hell out of his office. I will be going to the dental board about this David Carl Roberts. You should never in a million years treat a patient so badly OR discriminate them. Shame on you for trying to make someone feel so bad because you are a sad man.
