They did a tv wall installation over our fireplace yesterday and concealed the wires.  The owner and technician were very knowledgeable and professional and they did a nice job for a reasonable cost.  Highly recommend.

I called looking for an obscure projector carousel because a family member had found some slides from 1970 of my mothers trip to South America. After calling around with no luck i was directed to Scott at Cedar Mills Home Theater. I called and plead my case. He was very understanding of the situation and even went home at lunch time to look through his personal collection to see if he had an extra. He called back at lunch with the good news and made time for me to come and pick it up. He really went out of his way to help a young man make his mothers year. Great guy and wonderful customer service. You do not see people go out of their way often and it was refreshing.

Just watched someone driving their company branded vehicle take a whip-it while waiting at a red light. Most pleasant conversation I've had with the person who answered their phone so far! 3/5 would call again.

I called Cedar Mill Home Theater to see if they could fix some issues with a Harmony remote control that an unrelated company had set up poorly months earlier.  Steve immediately dispatched his technician Carlos to our home.  Carlos arrived on time, examined the issues, explained the changes he was contemplating, made those changes, and stayed around to make sure all the devices (TV, Apple TV, turntable, etc.) were hooked up properly.  We could not be happier with the service, and everything works fine now!

Called several times, keeps referring me elsewhere without listening. I'm trying to give this man business, but no, he won't even help with a simple task. Probably will never call again, but take him up on other sites with more to offer
