After 3 other ER visits, admittance in Seton Main on 38th, a slew of tests and a ton of stress, it took one visit to Cedar Park ER and Dr. Combs to finally give us an answer as to what we were experiencing. Dr. Combs went out of her way to sift through 100+ pages of previous paperwork and also ensured a specialist appointment the next day, and this specialist is booked 3 months out. Dr. Combs reacted swiftly and helped to relieve a weeks worth of unanswered questions and non action. I'm not sure who monitors these reviews but I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend this ER to anyone and I truly hope Dr. Combs gets the recognition she deserves.

Service is good, billing department is awful. One and a half years after my visit, about ten plus calls to these people, my doctor and insurance and they still can't figure it out. I'm still receiving bills for service I received on 1/26/16. Originally they had 3 dates they couldn't figure out. They finally figured out 2, but they're still over billing me for this one, and now it's in collections and hurting my credit. My doctor has sent the correct referrals multiple times, my insurance says they have received the correct referrals, and with my insurance I only ever had to pay $25 copay. At first they charged about $3,000, got it adjusted to $300, then it went back up to $3,000, and back an forth. I finally thought I had it figured out, and moved away, but recently found out they have been sending the bill once again to my in-laws. After this debacle, before moving, we moved to St. David's north, had multiple things done, delivered a baby, had 0 problems ever. $25 for every single thing(I'm on tricare prime as a medically retired veteran), no problems whatsoever. Only ever had problems with these people. I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague and driving down to St. David's North

The nurses and staff are exceptional my biggest complaint is the billing office. They had me set up monthly payments with them to cover what insurance does not. This money is being drafted out of my bank account every month. I receive weekly harassment letters from the billing office to pay my bill. Now they are turning me over to collections although I am making monthly payments. I have not received any sort of statement as to what those payments are going toward. I plan on never using them again.

Didn’t treat the underlying issue. I came in insevere pain and dehydration. No fluids and sent me home with medication that made me drowsy. Fluids and zofran would’ve been more helpful. Doctor was rushed and not listening to my symptoms.

Would give a 0 if I could other than one of the nurses being kind. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. My husband and I were literally left in the er room for 6 hours when we were the first ones to arrive at 4 am... the obgyn didn't even show up for 3.5 hours later just to tell us they needed us to wait additional time to get an ultra sound done. After the ultra sound we had to wait another 1.5 hours just for the doctor to tell us it's too early to see anything on an ultra sound anyways and to come back if still scared. Oh and there is more, they don't tell you that you'll be receiving 3 bills separately that insurance typically won't cover that can add up to 8000 dollars. I will die before I step foot in another ER especially this one.
