DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Michelle, the rent manager, is very rude in regards to dealing with her renters. When appliances break, they do not rush to fix the problem. Our washer and dishwasher broke during our 9 month stay here and the dishwasher took 3 weeks to fix! When moving out it is best just to not waste your time cleaning the apartment because she will take your entire security deposit and charge extra for cleaning because it wasn't up to her expectations. Cleaned the apartment as best as we could, still charged us 4 hours for cleaning (2 bedroom apartment) as well as 200 dollars for painting charges. I believe they are struggling to find residents and are taking every cent they can from there current residents. We lived here for 9 months and wouldn't do it again!

I lived here for years and I love the management and the community. The buildings were always nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

If you are in market for a nice place to live, please come and check Cedar Pointe out for yourself.  We would love to show you around.  These google reviews can be posted by anyone, and are by nature, 1 side to the story.  When they name names, it is inappropriate.   On-site staff  has 10 years experience in community mgmt.  Unfortunately, some don't like being held to standard or called out, and when they leave their apartment a mess and full of trash,  they are surprised no one is there to take care of it for them, and for free, they get angry.  We have many, long term residents, some here since the first day of occupancy five years ago, who love CP!  We are in great centralized location in a wonderful small community.  It is one of the cleanest buildings you will find, and we would love to have you consider us as an option! (Come and See us For Yourself!)

Apartment Manager Michelle extremely unhelpful, does not seem to care about residents of the apartment complex and very disorganized and unprofessional in all her dealings with regards to resident needs.

Personal interactions with Michelle were decidedly negative, and whether intentional or not, she has contributed greatly to our dissatisfaction with Cedar Pointe.

In all other areas the apartment complex meets expectations: reasonable pricing, average location, beautiful surrounding area and apartments.

If INH Properties would do something about Michelle's performance (or lack thereof), it would certainly change my own, and other resident's viewpoint on residing there.
