Subs, don't sign their contract. I strongly recommend not even working for them at all. It's been my experience that they do poor quality, rushed work that they're not qualified to do. They're plumbers. They step on toes and run roughshod. Then when things go bad, they'll turn around and blame you for it. Best to just stay away from these guys, and much of Woodward Oklahoma in general if you can help it. Contractors are always suing each other there. If you can't do a handshake deal, chances are there's a reason for it. The money might look good, and they will talk a great game, but honesty is everything, and it's been my experience that they are not.  It's not worth getting involved with them. If you do, I strongly recommend no contract, make them sign a waiver, and get most of the money up front. Otherwise you can expect them to bleed you dry, throw you off the site when most of the work is done, then sue you. Especially if you're not from the area. I don't like writing this, but nobody should bust their butt working, not get paid, lose there own money, then get sued. Not right.
