This is a wonderful resort to stay. The beds were the most comfortable that I have slept on at hotels.
The food in their restaurant was delicious. The staff in all areas were helpful, friendly and ready to assist in any ways needed.
Customer Service was excellent.
And I would like to Thank You for having plenty of Hot Water to the rooms!

I gave them three stars because of a bad experience with a waitress at a conference (although you have a 5 star Assistant Manager and a gentleman staff wearing a jacket who deserve a couple dollars raise).

At the conference we had a limited menu that didn't include a desert. In the midst of ordering I had an idea to request a cheesecake to satisfy a sweet-tooth. I checked the menu on their website to make sure they had this item.

Besides a cheesecake I noticed they had a Monte Cristo sandwich that is also kind of sweet. I wrote on the front of the slip to see the back for a request.

The waitress came in to the meeting and started collecting the slips. She reviewed my slip, held it up in the air, and shouted "WHAT IS THIS?" I honestly felt like I flunked an essay back in high school. Colleagues were looking around with a puzzled face. I owned up to the slip and she told me with a stern voice "We can't do that for you." I was shocked and embarrassed of myself and told her I didn't want anything then.

When the meals were being served I decided to speak with management at the front desk. I started off saying that the waitress should not be reprimanded however she made me feel bad. The Assistant Manager apologized for the incident and informed me about a new menu. She did offer me to order from the menu. There was a man with her, wearing a blazer, who agreed with the situation and encouraged to order off the menu. 

The situation ends with the Assistant Manager serving me while the waitress was cleaning up.

Exceptional management.

Cute. Pet friendly and the rooms are quaint. Loved the location and the breakfast. Cleaning could be a little more attention to detail but worth the price would stay again.

Came in late, left early is.  It was quiet, clean, and had a beautiful view of the Missouri River.  Some sites are lightly sloped but mostly level side to side.  All amenities available.  Took us without hesitation at last minute reservation.  Great place..

Drove out of our way to get here, and the food was very meh. Out of a couple different entrees on an already limited menu. Service seemed like they were ready for us to leave, even tho we got there at 5:30, so not a weird time at all. Wouldn't recommend.
