I couldn't have asked for a better experience with finding my dream wedding dress. After shopping at a few stores in Austin we found Celebrations and immediately knew we found the right place due to the amazing staff & customer service and great selection of dresses. Kerry listened to what I was looking for and brought me a great selection of dresses. She was spot on and I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on. From beginning to end the entire team was so friendly and accommodating. I lost a lot of weight after initially purchasing the dress and the alteration process was fantastic and they were able to accomplish the perfect fitting dress. Thank you for being so kind and making the entire experience a very memorable one. Xoxo.

I can not thank Celebrations Bridal enough for helping me achieve my perfect Bridal vision! The staff was always so sweet and welcoming. I brought my three year old with me to most appointments and they were AMAZING with her. They even let her try on flower girl dresses while I was trying on dresses to make her feel included which meant the word to the both of us! Our consultant Sam found the PERFECT dress for me when I wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted. She knew even when I didn’t, talk about talent! From the gorgeous quality of dress inventory to pour through, to the alteration miracles they made happen both with my dress and my bridesmaids, to the always positive Miss Ashley (who by the way is the sweetest woman with such a bright personality) always there to help us either in store or just a phone call away, Celebrations couldn’t have done a better job. I highly recommend any bride looking for a magical and stress free bridal experience to choose Celebrations Bridal!

While I don't have a ton of experience shopping for a wedding dress, I can say you will not be disappointed with Celebrations' customer service. They were kind and took the time to indulge my requests as I tried on 12 dresses...not once, but twice. They ordered "my" dress, let me know when it came in, and charged a very reasonable rate to store it until the big day which was almost a whole year away from when I bought the dress. They even let me take it a couple of weekends, since my aunt gifted us with alterations. While I was a little sad I missed out on holding the "yes!" sign (not sure how that happened), everything else was perfect from start to finish. **all photos copyright AJH Photography

I live in Houston and am in a friends wedding who picked bridesmaids dresses from this store. Since I am not able to come in person, I was concerned that they customer service may not be the best (as I have had bad experiences with other stores in the past) however, with Celebrations this is not the case! They are extremely helpful, prompt with email responses and great phone communication!

Katie was great! I had only been to one other "big box" store where I felt like I was going through an impersonal assembly line. Katie asked me what I was looking for and was hands on from beginning to end! She even accommodated an impromptu visit to try on my dress while my bridesmaids were trying on dresses. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
