Very unprofessional, and disorganized. My assistant was taking care of making arrangements for a fortieth birthday cake, and asked for the contract. She never sent it over and then replied to my assistant and rudely asked if she was going to send over the contract and payment. My assistant replied said she hasn't received one, a few minutes later the contract arrived with my assistants information instead of company information. I emailed and asked her to change it (the contract) to our company name, and that I would pay. I received this email shortly after asking for the change. "Unfortunately because our business is always busy, we take a limit of cakes per day and per weekend. Graduation cakes and wedding cakes are consuming our days and weekends this time of year. We had saved a spot for your cake per your order via email, we did not receive a phone call until an email was sent that we are unable to do the cake w/o contract and payment. So, without a signed contract and the information corrected, signed and sent back w payment, we can't schedule, we have limited staff and need to schedule staff for all orders. Therfore, thank you for your consideration but we are unable to fill this order in such a short notice. " Why waste mine and my assistants time? This happened from June 9th to June 10th in less than a 24 hour period. Now we're left scrambling to find a organized, and professional cake company.
