I went a couple of months ago with my mother and we had lunch and dessert. Both were subpar and the lady who took our order was clearly annoyed by our presence. The food tasted like it has been refrigerated for a week and the desserts were quite bland. Definitely disappointed!

I ordered something sweet and it was bland to say the least. The thing that was honestly kinda of gross was the cashiers hickeys on his neck. I thought it looked gross and tacky. I get we all have personal lives but dont bring it to work. Will never go back

Three stars because most of what we tried food and dessert wise has been really good. The people taking orders (especially call ins for pick up) have been horrible. Today we were asked to hold presumably to write down the order and the girl never returned to the phone. Several minutes later we hung up and tried to call back and the answering machine picked up. This has been the case on several occasions unfortunately. Glad the new spot on Turtle Creek in the Design Center is there, just wish we could order food without having to call more than once.

dont know where to start, really really SLOW service. we were the only people in the shop amd ordered a slice of pie and coffee... 45 minutes later no pie should have at most taken 10 minutes. we ended up leaving before the food even arived. we saw them cut the pie but still have no idea where it went???

the food selections were really good, and I had a pleasant time when I came.
