I can’t say enough about Celestial hair gallery and their staff. Jack cuts and highlights my hair and he is a true artist! My daughters also go to celestial. Brianna and Christina have always done an outstanding job. A few years ago, my daughter was scheduled to have her hair and makeup done by Brianna and Christina for her sweet sixteen. As luck would have it a blizzard blew in on the day of her event. The salon had to close :( Brianna and Christina were so awesome. They made their way to our home during the storm to create her updo and makeup. They truly saved the day and we are forever grateful! All in all we have always received excellent customer service and all of the staff that we have encountered at celestial have been excellent.

I have been going to this place for a while now. Every time I go I am always welcomed by the receptionist and always with a smile. The person that washes my hair, Brandi, always asks how I am and remembers everything. Then my hair dresser, Janine. She is amazing and she always does a fantastic job. I never leave thinking I have a bad cut. Janine cuts my daughters hair as well. One lives in California and always makes sure she has an appointment while she is in New York . I love this place.

No salon anxiety here. Jack and everyone else are never too busy to listen to me. I always feel I am the most important client. Love the atmosphere and love the compliments I get wherever I go. Thank you, Celestial Hair Gallery.

They are not as perfect as everyone says. I wrote a bad review a while ago, and the owner called me up to threaten me that if I did not change the review and give them five stars, they were going to write something negative about me.. Who does that??! Edit: This edit is done AFTER you see what Celestial wrote back on reference to my initial review above. If you read their response, you will see they did exactly what they threatened to do. Their threat to write something negative. Do you really want to get involved with a confused manager and a salon that is combative. Again, they don't take to bad reviews very nicely (as you can see what they had to reduce themselves to). Not cool Edit: I am so sick of the unprofessionalism of this manager and her salon. She is constantly writing an edit to her review. And why is that?? She does not like what I am writing in my review. As you become used to this managers ways. You will continue to see how she reacts to bad reviews. Stepping so low as to say I am mentally ill lol. Well continue with your rebuttals, Joanne for the public will see the unprofessionalism you and your salon has. Keep it up - - I will also continue your fight. Accept a bad review and stop embarrassing yourself. I look forward to your next edit, and I am sure the public can't wait to see what you write next. You really know how to bring new business in. I was gifted a spa certificate which included a facial, mani and pedi. Clean, relaxing environment. Very friendly atmosphere. The place is very busy and staff are organized. I'd recommend making an appointment. Really enjoyed my time, my skin feels amazing. Looking forward to going back.
