Customer service is completely horrible. They’re tryin to charge me for a bill that I have already paid. When you try to explain the issues they cut you off and are extremely rude. I loved my insurance up until now. Highly upset.

I've had Celina insurance for seven years now, and I can't say enough good things about them. We have had home, auto, renters, inland marine, and umbrella coverage with them and every policy is has great coverage and we pay less than my friends. I work in an insurance agency myself so I am very picky about which company I would allow to write my coverage. Their claims service is amazing. We have (unfortunately) gone through the claims process several times in the past few years, and each time our adjuster has been compassionate and helpful. Claims are paid fast and resolved completely. I couldn't be happier with the professional service we have always received from Celina.

If you want the worst customer service possible I would go with Celina! They don’t care about their customers what so ever!

STAY AWAY! One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Premium is almost double what other C-Store owners I have talked to pay and if you file a claim…OH my. The claim rep I dealt with was rude, didn’t seam to understand english and tried to screw me out of parts of claim. I knew I had coverage for things and even mentioned I had documentation for it and wanted to close claim before I was allowed to submit. Asking for her supervisor wasn’t much better, She seamed to know even less. Had In known they were this shifty, I would have went elsewhere or just go without, that’s how bad they are. BEWARE!!!!
