This is such a fun, hidden gem in Ames. The drinks were great and the staff were very kind. Even on a busy night, you don't have to wait that long for your drinks to be made since the bartender are exceptionally skilled and quick. Make sure to get there a bit early though on the weekend if you want a place to sit for a while.
This place has awesome cocktails. It’s a “hole in the wall” but not in a dive bar sense, as it has a high quality bar and furnishings. My only complaint is that they don’t clear the tables of previous guests very well, but it’s not a big enough deal to take away from the place. It’s a fun place to hang out and the drinks are special.

Balance. The right amount of exclusive without pretentious. The right amount of quality without being too expensive. The right amount of craft without being gimmicky. Great drinks off the menu and perfect bartenders choice. Made my evening and I left with new ideas to try at home. Perfect balance. Thank you.

Great drinks and a great atmosphere! I bring all my friends here. One of the best bars in Ames. If you have the money go for one of the 'smoked' options. It's quite the experience and is very tasty.

One of the best kept secrets of Ames. This is not a college bar whatsoever, very upscale classy feel. The drink prices reflect that but well worth it.
