There seems to be some confusion about the cheaper gas. It's only available on one island but is definitely there! Read the signs. It is popular so you will need some patience to get your fill up. It seems to be the cheapest gas in North Platte.

Only two pumps give the quoted price. The rest charge far more.

Cheap gas is only on one island. It's clear from the signs, but I wouldn't want to reward such marketing.

The bathrooms were nasty and had no soap. They were worse than an outhouses. There was chicken nugget on the ground which I accidentally stepped on.

The cheapest gas, which is the price they advertise so that you can see it from the road, is only available on certain pumps, and is only 86 octane (normal low grade gas is 87 octane). The traditional 87 octane gas is substantially higher price.
