Fuel counter staff was overly rude and dismissive to my husband. He was puzzled when he saw one price listed on the pump, and then a higher price displayed once we began fueling. He went inside to inquire about the change and was told that the lower price was only for paying with cash. The woman was unnecessarily defensive and rude when he was only trying to ask to understand the change. He told her it was less than a dollar difference and he wasn't too worried about it, but felt it was deceptive the way it is handled. She raised her voice and told him it was "on the sign outside" and to "pay attention". We stop in Ogallala often and normally fuel at the other station next door, but thought we would share our business and go to the Cenex this time. Never again.
