Horrible customer service from this location, except for Miranda, she is the only one that is ever knowledgeable or nice. I wanted to file a dispute for a transaction that did not complete and they simply told me they will not do it! Not even investigate the situation. There is more to the story but I am literally in tears because of the treatment i just got from this branch. The 855 number was no better, not helpful at all pretty dismissive I'd everything I had to say. I do not want to give business to a company that feels its ok to treat customers this way!

Absolutely the worst bank ever their hours suck, they never answer the phone, and half of the time when the teller windows are supposed to be open they are not.

Great People! I have banked there for over 12 years. Never disappointed. Deb expecially goes the extra mile! Can't say enough good things.

No customer service. Have had to deal with them more times than I would have liked fixing simple issues. None of the teller know the information they should know. Every teller says something different about the same issue.

The bank is cool but teller 3159 does not have very good customer service skills.. She doesn't say hello or thank you every time I use the drive up commercial lane.. She just opens the drawer and returns the bag without saying one word. It's super uncomfortable.
