Needed a notary as I am new to Lubbock. The person at the desk I was sent to was on the phone so I waited for her to finish her call. When she did finish she started a new call and I continued to wait. After a few minutes a teller got my attention and asked if I had an account. I explained I was new to Lubbock and did not have a local bank, but I would pay the fee. The teller apologized and said they could not help me. Get this… the second call the woman at the desk made was to the teller to get rid of me instead of looking up and talking to me! When I pick a local bank it will NEVER be Centennial.
