Moved into Cherry Ridge Blvd. Fenwick in July of 2007. We had our house built and purchased the lot directly from Centennial Construction. At the time I was required to pay $2000.00 in security deposits that I would get back after the town of Pelham assumes the subdivision. It's now coming up to 11yrs later and the subdivision is still not completed. These people have no regard or obligation from the town to move this project forward to completion. It has been an embarrassment for them, the town, my neighbors, and myself. I've never seen anything so painfully slow. Just ask my neighbors who had the hassle of finishing their driveway on the sidewalk side of the road. Most had to wait forever for these people to show up to complete the sidewalk section in front of their house. Lots of complaining. Other developments that have started years after this one are now complete with boulevard trees planted. Last house here was finished fall of 2015. Never even planted one boulevard tree over the last 11 years. I've contacted the company, the town, and my builder so many times it's getting stupid. Town tells me the deposit was paid to my builder years back. Builder has no idea. Company never once returned my calls for a timeline for completion or where the heck my deposits are. Last fall the came to finish curbs and top pave coat. Made a mess with gouging up all the boulevards where curb work was required and just left it. All my neighbor had to fix it themselves. I don't even think it was Centennial doing the work as they must of subbed it out because they don't care. I guess it's time to get a lawyer involved. Rather give the $2k to lawyer than these people. Very unprofessional company to say the least. My neighbors and I pay a lot in taxes here and this is acceptable. I'd like to see what would happen if this happened anywhere in Fonthill.

. We moved from the GTA and were so used to cookie cutter houses, when we signed on to build with Centennial Homes we had no idea what we were in for. What an experience. First class service, even a design team coming from supplier to supplier with you to assure you have everything you want. I will never sell my home Centennial built for me!

If you like dealing with a douche look no further. Get EVERYTHING in writing and be sure to check parts numbers on invoices vs actual items cause things magically change from what was ordered to what they get you to sign off on. Expect some long delays as well due to lack of sub contractors who refuse to work for them anymore. I have yet to talk a single one that worked on my house that had anything positive to say about this company and all had the same horror stories about getting paid for their work which is ironic considering I was forced to put up over 75% of the total cost of my house before they even broke ground. In the end; at least I got my house but I have feeling there will be a few families that aren't so lucky down the road.

The numerical address of 353 for this business does not correspond with physical location on the street. You'll find it two buildings north of the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle dealership.
