We booked cottage #1 this weekend and it was absolutely perfect! It's a one-bedroom cottage, but with everything we could possible need -- stove, refrigerator, microwave and completely furnished with dinnerware. There is a queen bed and a Flexsteel sofa bed. I was told the sofa bed was very comfortable. We will definitely call here first for our next trip!

Beautiful cottages that are well kept and clean. Friendly owners that make you feel invited and at home. Will only stay here. Highly recommend!!!

Me, my wife, two chihuahuas, and four birds enjoyed our stay. I grew up in the U.P. of Michigan so I was happy to visit. We drove up from Virginia and ended up at the cottages at almost 10 PM. I called and spoke with Marilyn to let her know we would be arriving late and she told me that she would leave the cabin unlocked and leave the key inside. Even though we got there late, the owners greeted us and told us to get some rest and we could take care of business the next day. The cottages are easy to find, just go about a mile past Calumet High School and they are located right off of US-41 on the right. The cottages and surrounding property are very nice and relaxing. The cottages are priced about the same price as a motel but are so much better. They have both single and double bedroom cottages. The single cottages have a full size bedroom with closet (no dresser), two tables, a ceiling and small table fan, an alarm clock, an iron with board, and reading lamps over the bed. The kitchen area is a little small but well laid out. It has a refrigerator, gas stove with oven, a full size microwave, coffee pot, and a full size sink. There is plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils. There is a small dining table in the kitchen. The living room area is really nice and has a small but comfortable couch with a pull out bed. There is a decent size flat screen TV with satellite receiver, a coffee table, a couple of chairs, reading lamps, small end tables, a ceiling fan, and a window air conditioner. While I'm on the subject of the living room, the cottages have high speed Internet with a strong signal. The bathroom is nice and has a small sink, medicine cabinet, a shower stall, and plenty of shelf space. The cottages even have a small front porch with a table and couple of chairs. The cottages are like a little village. There is a garden area with a gazebo, a covered swing, and fire pit. There is a laundry facility on site and you can wash and dry your clothes for a reasonable cost. If you have dogs there are plenty of places to walk them. There is an opening between cottages 5 and 6 that has a nice and safe walking area. The surrounding area is less than five minutes from the cottages and there are several restaurants and a really nice grocery store that even has a pretty tasty hot food bar daily at the deli. If you leave the cottages and take a right there is an excellent restaurant called the Hut Inn that is within walking distance. The food is excellent, well priced, and nice portions. The Mackinac Island Fudge ice cream is heavenly. If you are looking for a great place to stay while in the Copper Country area that feels more like home and has gracious hosts, do yourself a huge favor and check out Centennial Cottages. You will be glad you did.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon very nice place just the right size and clean will come back here someday

Great place to stay. You could stay in the cottage for weeks on end. Stove and refrigerator for all your cooking. Marilyn and Jose are great hosts.
