I am so disappointed that I didn’t enjoy a similar experience to the other reviewers for this business. I called to ask about transferring a prescription as I’ve only started taking meds regularly recently and don’t have much knowledge dealing with pharmacies. The young girl that answered the phone sounded annoyed and told me she needed the phone number of my current pharmacy—without bothering to ask my name. When I offered it, she asked me to spell it slowly. When I finished doing so, she told me her pen wasn’t working and asked me to start over at which point I ended the conversation. Maybe I’ll try calling tomorrow and hope someone else is working.
