My first impression was a good one.  Very kind, attentive and professional staff. I have several appointments scheduled and look forward to Dr. Kelsey’s care.  She answered all my questions and was genuine and reassuring.

I was so happy with all the information I was given to help me pick the best solution for my problems - they were fantastic about explaining what insurance will and won't cover and why. I am very confident they will help me with a long term soloution!

This place at Dr. Laura Kelseys was truly amazing.  Staff are very kind and I would recommend anyone that has vein issues, please do not postpone this treatment and please go see Dr. Laura Kelsey.  She truly is a caring and excellent doctor.

I went there over a year ago and called back concerned about a vein that exploded into tiny spider veins all over my thigh after an injection at their Grand Rapids location by a very quick moving careless nurse. I called and got in after a couple of phone calls because my leg looked so bad to me.  The doctor came in and told me I was “freaking out” about nothing that the veins would go away after a few months. I wasn’t freaking out. I was concerned about the way my leg looked after it didn’t have veins like that before the injection. I have pictures of before and after!!! The doctor was not professional and did not have a good bedside manner at all, seemed to not be concerned. I’m so unhappy with my results, my legs look terrible still after over 1 year!!!!!

The center for vein restoration at this location was exceptional. The staff was great and very friendly. They got me in on time if not early and everything was done right the way it should be. All in all the girls at that location Rock!

This was my first visit here and I was very pleased with how nice everyone in this office treated me! Dr. Kelsey was amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I CANNOT recommend this office enough. I have a lot of health anxiety, and as scary as my diagnosis is, all the staff was AMAZING, and so thorough.

Dr Kelsey and her staff are very polite and friendly and really make things easy as you begin you Vein Restoration process. I see great improvement already with one last procedure to go and a month check up. I have become a friend to everybody there and I know I will walk out being a healthier person. Thank you so much Dr Kelsay and staff you rock!!
