I paid for a spot over a month in advance, drove 7 hours to Lincoln for a game and was told there were no spots available. It was after the game had started and people were leaving the garage as I stood there waiting for "the manager" to show up. The person at the gate could not have been less helpful. After waiting over 20 minutes, finally gave up and went to look for another spot. The city did refund my $15 and gave me a free pass for a future event, but still out the $65 for the game ticket that was not used and, oh yeah, I DROVE 7 HOURS to get there!
