This was a good priced, clean and convenient storage. My sister rented this storage for 4+ years with no problems. However, in August they sent certified letter stating they were demolishing their non-air conditioned units and storages must be emptied by a certain date (or be billed extra and storage items become property of storage company). Although it caused an inconvenience on many levels, this was a good storage for the price without hidden fees & requirements like public storage.

I arrived at 5:30, they close at 6, to rent a storage unit. The woman at the front told me I was too late to "move in" when I simply needed a small storage unit. She said she needed me to wait for her to do her check deposits and then she would see if she could let me. Her property manager called at 5:45, she mentioned how she was struggling with the program and how a "couple just walked in to move in" referring to myself and my husband. After telling her the size we wanted, which was a small unit, she hung up and came to the conclusion that we couldn't rent it today. I guess since it was smaller, they didn't need our money. Rude and unprofessional. The funny part is, I put my name on a list for a large air conditioned unit for the beginning of April. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
